The Second Canada China Educational Conference: Principals in 21st Century Education - Challenges and Opportunities, was convened in Toronto, Canada. Over 50 educators, researchers, principals and administrators from the two countries participated in the Conference.

Speaking at the conference included Mr. Bill Hogarth, Director of Education of York Region District School Board, Ontario, Mr. Marvin Zuker, Ontario Justice, and Professor Yan Li Qin, Director of National Institute of Educational Studies Of China.
