Cooperated with its partners, Bond International College and the China National Institute for Educational Research in November 2000, CCEC jointly published the Chinese version of the book "Change Forces: Probing the Depths of Education Reform and Change Forces-The Sequel" by Michael Fullan, then Dean of OISE, University of Toronto.
